Protein Packed Fish Patties!

At the heart of this dish is our signature Savory Italian Blend which goes perfectly with fish! Breadcrumbs truly bring these patties together, both as a binder and as a great way to add taste and texture!

Our crumbs allow you to keep this dish healthy, gluten free, delicious, low carb, and high protein! 

These delicious and gluten free fish patties are an awesome way to get even your kids to love this healthy dish! 

 

Ingredients 

3-4 Cans of Tuna Fish or you can use canned salmon! 

2 Eggs 

1- 1.5 cups of  Savory Italian Blend

1 Tablespoon of Mayonnaise  

½ Red onion 

1 Tablespoon of Yellow Mustard (Any mustard will do) 

Salt/Pepper for Tasting 

 

Preparation 

Large Mixing Bowl 

-Preheat Oven to 350 

Step 1: Drain the tuna cans, be careful when opening these cans! Always ask an adult for help if you need! 

Step 2:  mash up the tuna into smaller chunks and break it up into even texture, best to do this with a fork! 

Step 3: Crack your egg and pour it into the bowl, measure out 1 tablespoon of Mayonnaise, 1 Cup of breadcrumbs and 1 tablespoon of mustard. Additionally, slice up the ½ red onion and garlic clove. 

Step 4: Combine all ingredients listed and then mix well using a large spoon or gloves.  

Make sure everything is evenly distributed 

Step 5: Using a spoon and your gloves, take a medium sized spoonful and form patties and put these patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and olive oil! 

Step 6: Using your oven mitts, place the baking sheet containing the tuna patties in the oven  

 

Step 7: The patties will bake for probably 35-45 minutes!
