Hi!
I’m Raphi, the guy in the photos above and the founder of Cooper’s Crumbs.
When I was 18, I decided to rethink every ingredient I put into my body. Cutting processed sugar, most dairy, and grains was the easy part; finding pantry staples that fit my new lifestyle was the real challenge.
Breadcrumbs were the worst offender. Every bag on the shelf hid starches, sugars, or eight-syllable additives, and the “gluten-free” options weren’t any healthier or tastier. So I rolled up my sleeves in my own kitchen, blending almonds until I had a crumb that was light, crunchy, and genuinely good for you.
I shared it with friends; they asked for seconds. I shared it with my family; they wondered why it wasn’t in stores. That light-bulb moment sparked Cooper’s Crumbs.
