Gluten Free Breaded Salmon
Delicious Low Carb Breaded Salmon!
This easy and filling dish is a must try!
Most people in making salmon just stick it in the oven for a few minutes or pan fry it, but gluten free breaded salmon is here and it is here to stay! Salmon on its own is obviously extremely healthy, with its high content of omega 3's, protein, and B Vitamins, Salmon is a no brainer for most healthy lifestyles! That being said, I recommend using wild salmon as opposed to farmed, due to its A) Nutritional Benefits and B) Environmental impact.
Since our product is a healthy breadcrumb which is low in carbohydrates, this dish does not sacrifice at all on the health end or on the taste end.
I like to serve this with some cut up salad vegetables and any greens really give the salmon a nice color contrast and some cut up parsley or dill can serve as a great garnish!
- 1 wild salmon Fillet (1/2 pound approximately per piece)
- 1 Teaspoon Avocado oil mayo ( primal gourmet is our recommendation)
- 2 Tablespoons Cooper Crumbs Savory Italian Blend
- Salt to taste
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and parchment paper, to prevent sticking, cook on a grate or put olive oil on the parchment paper.
Heat oven to 350 degrees, bake for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees
